Be Ubuntu promotes well-being through culture, sport, and intercultural exchange. The association creates inclusive meeting spaces where diverse cultures respectfully challenge and enrich each other, and stimulates mutual understanding as well as the integration and appreciation of migrant communities in Belgium through educational, cultural, and sporting projects.

Hamidou Diallo
Hamidou Diallo is a specialist in public policy and international development, the bridge between public ambitions and private solutions. As a business consultant, he combines strategic advice with his drive to make the world a better place and to bring cultures together.

Rudi Wynen
Rudi Wynen is above all a man, father and grandfather with a deep passion for nature, which drives him to engage in sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurship where health and ecology are central. He believes in innovative action: looking at social challenges simply from a different perspective and then getting to work on them concretely.

Flyn Wynen
Flyn connects people with passion. Inspired by the Ubuntu philosophy — “I am because we are” — she is building a strong international community where communication and joint activities bring people closer together. From her role as the operator of a coworking space and as a co-founder and secretary of the Merchants and Entrepreneurs Association of Merksem, she derives great satisfaction from collaboration and local empowerment.

Ike Akeuzua
Ike is our B2B expert: he connects businesses across continents, organises impactful events, and knows everything about the logistical flow of goods and services between Europe, Africa, and North America.
Ilse Druwé
Naast de vele interesses heeft Ilse ook ervaring in retail, horeca, onderwijs en de zorgsector. Ze heeft veel ervaring in organiseren, samenwerken en meedenken in creatieve oplossingen. Ze zet haar graag in om benefietacties te bedenken en mee te helpen bij de organisatie.
